It is an interesting and worth-seeing building with its beautiful minaret, which is one of the works in which the Seljuks used the Asian brick technique for the first time in Anatolia, and its arched columns and marble column capitals in its interior.
A madrasah was added to the mosque built between 1134-1142, but only the tomb inside the madrasah has survived to the present day.
In this tomb lies Melik Mehmet Gazi, who had the mosque and madrasah built.
